Return & Refund Policy – LM Beauty Studio

At LM Beauty Studio, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Due to the nature of our products, which are intended for direct use on nails and personal care, we have a strict return policy.

Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

* The product arrived with damaged or broken packaging
* You received the wrong item due to an error on our part

In any of these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
* A brief explanation of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Customer Order Errors
If a customer places an order incorrectly (wrong product, quantity, or variation), the item may be eligible for return only if it is unused and unopened.

* The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost
* The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

* Used products
* Opened items
* Products that have been applied or tested

Because our products are designed for direct use on nails, we cannot resell or restock any item once it has been opened or used.
